Refunds and cancellations

How renewal cancellation, failed payments, access, and refund requests are handled.

Cancel renewal

Turning off renewal stops the next charge. Current access remains available through the paid-through date unless a refund or security action explicitly revokes it.

Failed renewal payments

A failed renewal begins a seven-day grace period with transactional notices. Payment recovery during grace restores normal status. If payment remains unsuccessful, local entitlements and Windows download access are suspended at the end of grace.

Request a refund

Refund eligibility and timing require final business/legal approval. Contact support with the order number and reason. Do not send card numbers or passwords. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method.

Access after a refund

The normal administrative default is to turn off future renewal while preserving paid-term access. Immediate access revocation is a separate confirmed action used only when the refund decision or security circumstances require it. The store does not automatically issue prorated refunds.
