Terms of use and sale

You must provide accurate information and have authority to purchase for the named person or organization. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax is calculated from billing information in Stripe Checkout.

Yearly products renew automatically at the displayed cadence and then-current renewal price unless renewal is turned off. Stripe Billing Portal is the supported self-service cancellation method. A cancellation scheduled during a paid term takes effect at the end of that term.

Each purchased seat may be assigned to one active licensed identity in a pool. Managers are responsible for authorized invitations and roster changes. Sharing invitation, setup, manager, billing, or download links with unauthorized people is prohibited.

MarkBook Online requires account setup or renewal through MarkBook services. MarkBook for Windows is provided through a private, expiring download authorization. Windows releases may include version, checksum, and signing information; users must not redistribute private installer links.

Do not interfere with the store, bypass access controls, automate abusive requests, use another person's identity, or attempt to obtain products without authorization or payment.

The store may be unavailable during maintenance or third-party interruptions. Transactional state is reconciled from Stripe, MarkBook, email, and storage systems. Contact support when a paid order does not reach the expected fulfillment state.

Warranty, liability, governing-law, dispute, and organization-identity clauses must be completed and approved by counsel before these terms become production terms.
