After payment is confirmed, MarkBook emails your receipt and the next step for your account. New customers receive a secure setup link. Renewing customers receive confirmation for the existing username.

Yes. Choose Renew before checkout and enter your current MarkBook username. We use that username for the renewal after payment is confirmed.

Yes. Paid MarkBook plans renew automatically at the selected interval unless you cancel future renewal.

MarkBook uses documented privacy and security safeguards for store payments, access links, fulfillment, and support. See the Security and Privacy pages for the current scope; MarkBook Store does not claim SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.

Team purchases start at five seats. After checkout, the manager receives a secure dashboard where they can invite teachers individually, upload a CSV, or share a claim link. Seats stay tied to one organization and renewal.

A Windows purchase creates a private download entitlement. The teacher receives a secure, expiring link after purchase or seat claim. Managers can reissue or revoke access without making the installer public.

Yes. School and board purchases are quote-only. Submit the expected seat count and procurement details, and the MarkBook team will coordinate pricing, contract, invoice, purchase order, and rollout.
